Here, Mable and Julia's relationship is a complicated friendship, and it is nuanced in a way that is truly well done. As they fall in love with other people, they keep coming back to their abiding friendship. I really loved this masterful, lighthearted, and amusing tale of love and friendship. The author really knows how to write complex and interesting characters! Mable's love interest, Daniel, the global rock star sensation, exudes sweetness, and I would really love to see a follow-up to their love story. I'm ready to read more about Mable, Julia, and Daniel, in case the author reads this, ha! I bought another one for my friend.
